Custom Email Fields

Create custom email fields for information stored about your contacts on webmail from MySite. MySite wants to make your site for your hobby or business the best it can be.

Your normail Contact Information that can be entered for a particular contact is pretty standard, Name, Address, Email Phone etc... With Mysite knowing that you may want more information about your contacts at your disposal, we created the Custom Fields option to allow you to do just that. The Custom Fields can be whatever you want them to be. Whether that be a particular hobby or something related to the work place.

First we need to have the custom fields created. To do this you would click on the Contact icon that is at the top your webmail screen. Once that page loads, click on the actions drop down menu and choose Manage Custom Fields. This will list any existing custom fields as well as an empty field to create new custom fields. Just simply type in the empty field what you want the name to be and then click the add button. If you want to rename or delete any of the already created field there are two buttons to the right of your already created fields to allow you to do so.

To view the custom fields for your contacts, you would go to the contact information section. There will be a tab for your Custom Fields. Just click on that tab to view.
