Nothing could be easier than booking travel right from your calendar. With MySite.com's email calendar not only can you book your flight plans but you can also book your room. You can setup your travel preferences once and the system will use them when ever you book travel saving you time.

To book your travel you can go to the date you want to start traveling right click your mouse and select "book travel" or select the "book travel" option from the bar at the top of the calendar. You will be prompted to enter the departure and arrival airports and the leave and return dates. Once you've entered the requested information the system will search for and display available flights. You can finalize all your plans from the calendar without having to search all over the web.
The integrated Obitz travel planner in your email calendar is a great and convenient tool.
